Vets Coffee and Conversation every Thursday at 10am

All veterans come and have coffee every Thursday from 10:00am to 12:00pm at the Carlton R. Rouh Veterans Center in Lindenwold, NJ. Meet other veterans and have great conversations while enjoy a cup of coffee.

Mental Health First Aid from National Council for Mental Wellbeing on June 21st, 2022

Mental Health First Aid for Veterans is a free course for all veterans, military members and their families. A Book Signing/Reading Moderated by Kristin Leone, Navy Nurse & Afghanistan Veteran

SpectraCare Foundation hosted the author Tom Garvey, an Airborne, Ranger and Special Forces qualified officer, served as an A-Team Leader in Vietnam in 1968 and returned home to mixed reviews about his stability and state of mind. The event was on Tuesday April 19th, 2022 at the Carlton R. Rouh Veterans Center. Everyone enjoyed the reading and stories by Tom Garvey. See pictures.

This year Giving Tuesday was on November 30. Carlton R. Rouh Center Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

The Carlton R. Rouh Veterans Center ribbon cutting ceremony was on May 11, 2021. We had the honor to have many dignitaries for this event. Carlton Rouh daughter was one our speakers as we celebrated his 101th birthday. See pictures here.

Equine therapy open house at “Forgotten Angels Equine Rescue” in Medford, NJ was on Saturday January 23rd, 2021.

Flagpole Ceremony – October 3rd, 2020

We honored all the veterans on Saturday October 3rd, 2020 with a flagpole ceremony at the Carlton R. Rouh Veterans Center at 777 Blackwood Clementon Road in Lindenwold. Jeff Lingo, CEO of the Acme Lingo Flag Company, donated the 25ft. flagpole and John Chesebro, a key member of our veteran advisory team, donated the flag. Also, ‘Signs by Dan’ donated the front entrance sign which is being integrated with the flagpole.

The event was highlighted by a full dress presentation of the National Anthem by Sergeant William Mead and some brief remarks by Colonel Ted Gallagher, Director of Camden County Office of Veterans Affairs. See pictures

9 Hole Charity Golf Outing
