SpectraCare Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit organization.
While veterans’ benefits have been provided by the federal government since the American Revolutionary War, a veteran-specific federal agency was not established until 1930, as the Veterans’ Administration. July 21st is celebrated as the birthday to the Department of Veterans Administration.
Healing arts with Justin Green, after coffee and conversation on July 18th, veterans were able to relax and show their artistic abilities. Look at the smiles and how much fun we had as Justin instructed proper techniques for painting pottery. We have some really talented veterans at the Carlton R Rouh Veterans Center!
